2004 News
I'm currently getting ready to go on a
mini-tour to Las Vegas for 4 days with the Rock band, RAINE
on January 31st. Hmm... Superbowl Sunday in Vegas...shouldn't be too bad.
It was an interesting week last week!
(Dec 14-20) I played an awards ceremony at the Smithsonian, Went on a
little 2 city tour from Baltimore to Ellicott City, and I played Giorgio
Armani's Christmas party. It was fun! Now this week,
Silence.........
Last week on Thursday night (Nov 13th)
I got into a very bad accident and totaled my car on my way to see some live
music. Amazingly I survived and lived to drive another day. I can't
say the same for my car! Either way, I just felt the need to let you guys
know that! The traffic light turned green in both directions.
Nasty... Then the police showed up and even though they saw the traffic
light malfunctioning, they refused to go down on the record as a witness of that
in case I bring a lawsuit against the DOT! So, special thanks to the
Police (especially PO Levine who kept saying ,"There's something going on
but I'm not sure what I saw!") And you guys say you deserve a
raise... Also on the downside, the company that towed my car, MARTINO
AUTOBODY is a complete shyster company and they didn't want to release my car to
me! They kept trying to make all sorts of problems and wanted me to send
my title to them! After threatening to have my attorney call them, they relented
and let me have my car, but then they nickel and dimed me to
death... they charged me $35 for sweeping the street of glass, they charged me
$30 for the flatbed guy's helper, they charged me $35 to hook my car to the
flatbed...they charged me $75 to winch my car on the flatbed. All in all,
it was a total of $260 that these dirty bastards took from me. On top of
that, they siphoned all the gas from my tank. I hoped you guys
choked. And who
says New York isn't a great place to live?!
This Site is going to be undergoing a
huge change in both look and content!
A few weeks ago a friend of mine and a fantastic vocalist from Tokyo, Chisa Shimamura,
crashed at my place for the entire week. We had the opportunity to work on
some music and had some all-night music sessions (which resulted in the flu I
suffered afterward, but it was worth it!) We laid down over 40 tracks of
vocals on one song! (I told her, once she's back in Tokyo I can't call her
back in if there's something wrong with the vocals so we had to cover all
bases...) She's back in Tokyo now and I'm in the process of laying down
the rest of the music tracks. As soon as more of the music
gets laid down, I'll post some of the results of those sessions
here.
